As of the 2012 municipal census, Panorama Hills housed a population of 22,247 in 7,398 dwellings, marking a 12.1% increase from the 2011 population of 19,851. The community reported a median household income of $89,044 in 2005, with 5.2% of residents living below the low-income threshold. Immigrants constituted 41.7% of the population, and the majority of buildings were single-family detached homes, with only 2.3% of housing utilized for renting purposes.
